Pre-launch — early access open
Privacy policy
This policy explains what AyuSaath collects when you join the early-access waitlist, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it. AyuSaath has not launched, so this policy covers a pre-launch marketing and demand-validation site only — not a live care service.
What we collect
The early-access form asks for five things, and nothing else:
- Your full name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- Your phone number (optional)
- Which kind of person you are — for example a family member, a senior, a care professional or a partner (required)
- Your region within the Kolkata area (required)
We do not ask for and do not want medical reports, prescriptions, health records, diagnoses, government identity numbers or payment details. Please do not send them.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about AyuSaath early access using the email address you provide.
- To understand which services families actually want, so we prepare the right ones first.
- To understand which parts of the Kolkata area to prepare first, based on the regions people select.
- To contact care professionals and partners if they registered interest in joining the future network.
Where your information is stored
Waitlist responses are recorded in a private Google Form owned by AyuSaath, and are stored on Google's infrastructure under Google's terms. The website itself does not run its own customer database, and the submission is passed from our server to that form — your browser never talks to Google directly.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or providers.
- We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site.
- We do not build a public profile of you, and we do not publish your details or your responses.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or analytics tracking cookies. It does not use third-party trackers or social pixels.
Retention
We keep waitlist responses while AyuSaath is in pre-launch and early access, so we can contact you as the product becomes available. If you ask us to remove your entry, we will delete it from the form.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your waitlist entry, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Because contact channels are still being set up, the reliable way to reach us today is to reply to any email we send you from AyuSaath. Verified contact details will be published on this site before launch.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with security headers. Submissions are validated on our server, rate-limited, and protected by a spam-trap field. The credentials that connect the site to the form are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the browser. No online service can promise perfect security, and we will not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging care for themselves or for a family member. It is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
As AyuSaath moves from pre-launch to a live service, this policy will be replaced by a fuller one covering care delivery, provider access and any data processed during a visit. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
Medical and emergency boundary
AyuSaath is not an emergency service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If someone needs immediate medical help, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
Have a question about your information? Joining early access is currently the way to reach us — we reply to the address you register.
