Early-access terms

1. What this website is

This is a pre-launch information and demand-validation website. AyuSaath is preparing to offer coordinated elder care at home, starting in Kolkata. The services described on this site are planned. They are not currently available, and nothing on this site can be booked or purchased.

2. Early access is not a booking

• Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not schedule a visit, reserve a professional or create a service agreement.
• It is free, and no payment details are collected at any point.
• It does not oblige you to buy anything later, and it does not oblige AyuSaath to provide any service.
• We cannot promise a launch date, a service in your specific area, or availability of any particular professional.

3. For care professionals and partners

If you register as a nurse, caregiver, physiotherapist, doctor or partner organisation, that registration is an expression of interest only. It is not an offer of work, an engagement, a contract or a guarantee of onboarding. Any future participation in the network will require completing our verification process and agreeing to separate terms.

4. No medical advice

This site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on it should be relied on as a clinical recommendation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about a medical concern. Registering interest does not create a doctor-patient, nurse-patient or any other clinical relationship.

5. Not an emergency service

AyuSaath is not an emergency, ambulance or hospital service, and the planned platform is not designed to respond to emergencies. If someone needs immediate medical help, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

6. What you send us

• Please provide accurate contact details, so that we can reach you if early access opens in your area.
• Please do not submit medical reports, prescriptions, health records, identity numbers or payment information. The form does not ask for them and we do not want them.
• Please do not submit another person's personal details without their knowledge.
• Please do not attempt to disrupt, overload or probe this site or its submission endpoint.

7. Information may change

Planned services, care-plan concepts, coverage areas and the intended workflow described on this site are subject to change while we are validating demand. Descriptions of planned features are statements of current intent, not commitments.

8. Content and brand

The AyuSaath name, brand mark, site content and photography used here belong to AyuSaath or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them as your own or use them in a way that suggests an association that does not exist.

9. Liability

This site is provided on an “as is” basis during pre-launch. To the extent permitted by law, AyuSaath is not liable for loss arising from reliance on pre-launch information, from delay or non-availability of a planned service, or from interruption of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this pre-launch website.

11. Contact

Verified contact channels are being set up and will be published here before launch. Until then, joining early access is the way to reach us — we reply to the email address you register.

12. Updates to these terms

These early-access terms will be replaced by full service terms before AyuSaath begins delivering care. The current version always appears on this page.
